As we progress through the circuit purge remember these are inside our bodies and are what make up reality, if your new to the concept of 64 circuits within the body check out the video in comments below 
as each day is 1 layer of a circuit and the first 32 circuits are how we ground into reality and there is 11 layers to each it will be almost the end of 2023 before we move into the space circuits so all of 2023 is going to be working on a clear clean foundation bringing in new technologies and systems while also updating old ones what this means for us is many of us will find ourselves making major life choices as all of reality is purged of the lie and our connections change by end of 2023 we will all be very very different people this means give people the room they need to morph and grow into who they were meant to be and also give yourself the same kindness what we are about to go through has never been done and you earned it so stay focused and ENJOY THE RIDE ::hugs::

Cosmic Gateway - TIMELINE SHIFTS - 04.12.2022
TIMELINE SHIFTS: Have been such a big thing especially in the last month and becoming more and more noticable! I was describing it the other day during client sessions of how we know timelines are shifting in our current reality.
As quite often leading up to these there can be an enormous amount of pressure stress going on emotions and mental states and be very intense and it feels like we are in that pressure cooker (we are in the process of going through a big release.)
Then we go to sleep ~ we have a crazy night of intense dreams and then wake up feeling different in the morning, quite often and bit dazed, disoriented and confused.
The physical symptoms are: headaches, dizziness, aches in the body & nausea.
On that day of the physical symptoms it's time to rest as it’s seems less than productive and having one of those days where you can’t seem to get anything done and this is for a reason.
I have often said on these days there is old timelines dropping away and collapsing and if we put too much energy towards action it’s only feeding energy into the timelines which are slipping away!
So the best thing to do is to stay put and go with the flow, it will pass soon than expected; although that will most likely be on of those days where it seems to never end and time passes at a snail's pace!
The confusion to the mind on these days can be frustrating as we once again are stuck in this in between world where nothing makes sense.
This is process is beyond the capacity of the mental mind therefore try your best not to do much over analyzing at this point.
The the beauty of the timeline shift’s comes after the dust has settled so to speak; things get rearrange and the forward movement kicks in again at high gear!
New insight inspiration, things you have been waiting on magically just happen, and things just generally feel much better.
The way I see this process is that in each step in the process of our stair step evolution. We outgrow a timeline/lesson/situation we become ready to graduate that part and move to the next.
So whatever the particular lesson or situation is seems to exacerbate come to convergence point and it becomes very uncomfortable because we have outgrown it; just like a toddler growing out of their clothing.
So we have one last Hurrah before we go and get that new item of clothing that fits us perfectly. Just us in shifting our timelines we jump up into the next highest octave. Anywhere between our 3D - 5D timelines.
So what I have been noticing now is this happening at a much more faster rate than I have ever experience before these timeline shifts, jumps and convergences are happening almost every second day, For me personally and for collectively for humanity you can feel the fast pace of things speeding up like never before.
What exciting times we are living in!
Other noticeable and more tangible occurances during these timeline shifts are objects disappearing and reappearing.
Or it could be things dematerializing or materializing I have witness so many strange and funny things completely disappearing and coming back in the process of these timelines shift.

I spent Thanksgiving away from family, other than the dolphins, on a beach watching Mauna Loa erupt. No worries the lave flow is going in the opposite direction. There are a lot of anomalies happening around the eruption.
As many know there is a controversial government installation up there some say posing as observatories. There is another on South Point. There is also a military base with literally mountains of dirt that came from somewhere. Common sense would dictate all that dirt came from somewhere and somewhere there is a very big hole. Research D.U.M.B s, deep underground military bases. There have been some loud booms along with the usual government denial saying it was a jet over the ocean. There were several at different times again being inconsistent with their explanation. Those who have been following, “conspiracy theories” are well aware of what goes on in some of those deep underground facilities, things so decadent experiments beyond most people’s ability to comprehend. There are also, “rumors” they are being destroyed, cleaned up, filled with sea water or lava, or blown up to put an end to the evil operations. Knowing this puts a whole new spin on what is unfolding. For all we know Pele just might be cleaning up all the desecration of sacred lands or a combination of both.
So many things are done under the guise of national security. Where is the security in slapping Pele in the face? In this case military intelligence is not very intelligent. There is a multidimensional bigger picture. As predicted all government cameras either went blank, were pointing at the ground, fuzzy far off coverage of the event. Citizen reporters like Two Pineapples, Hawaii Tracker facecrook and several others are providing incredible coverage. Some private helicopter companies are also doing a great job. I would suggest looking for UFOs they always appear around major eruptions. In Mexico they have been filmed going into the volcano upon which it settled down. Might want to ask for a little help. Some of this may need to happen, don’t fear it revel in the awesome power of nature. All of this begs the question what is really going on and what don’t they want us to see? Waiting for Pele to appear in the fire and ash then watch them try to cover it up and deny it.
Ukraine has become a massive black hole over 105 billion dollars with no oversight finding its’ way back into politicians pockets, mostly democrats through Sam Bankmanfreed’s bit coin. Sam Bankmanfried, Janet Yellen, and our celebrated hero darling billionaire war martyr Zelensky all are celebrated by Lame Stream media in complete denial of what has transpired by the corporate owned lame stream media. Has anyone covered the weaponized bio labs, child and sex trafficking, and the most corrupt government installed by the deep state on the planet all being taking out by Putin? Might want to check out the investments into these facilities looks like the Bidens and other prominent democrats and a few Rinos are listed as investors. The war is all about protecting deep state assets Ukraine being a deep state stronghold. You might want to do a little research before hanging up your Ukrainian flag. As far as fighting for democracy it would also be wise to research the NAZI Azof Battalion as well as the regions there all wanting to join Russia to get out from under the deep state NAZI tyranny with 80 to 90 % of the people wanting to leave Ukraine and join Russia. That being the case why are we not supporting the will of the people? Why are we supporting a deep state NAZI stronghold?
The elections were a shame, a disgrace unless you live in a communist banana republic. The red wave happened it was diluted by ballot stuffing and harvesting, rigging the voting machines and changing the numbers. It is said it matters not who votes what matters is who counts the votes. The good news is, WE HAVE IT ALL. You cannot arrest the players until they commit the crimes. There will be a massive roundup through December. Many well known movie and music industry stars have come up missing, their houses all boarded up. Same with politicians, media moguls, and morally challenged billionaires. It’s starting to look like Christmas, sing along. Gloves are off, its go time. There are things in place beyond your wildest dreams to insure the planetary liberation and ascension. No man can stop it. No reptile, grey or demon can stop what is coming. We are living in exciting times. The people are awakening and rising globally. You will not hear it in the lame stream news. Know you are not alone, know there is a grand awakening, move beyond the need for acceptance and approval, shake up your friends, families and community with loving detachment. They all know something is very wrong. They just need a little verification. You wont have to say I told you so just smile and watch that delicious crow dinner they are eating.

Feel the higher BEINGNESS that is ALREADY present, before and beyond your ‘thoughts’. You are NOT your thoughts.
BEING (mode) isn’t escapism, it’s you tuning in, in your WAKING every day moments, to BEING, YOUR consciousness. It’s an initial ‘practice’ (no meditation necessary), that takes you into the higher realm of living, where BEING (mode) becomes you, where LOVE never fades for a single moment. Where we have become CONSCIOUSNESS FIRST, with a human body, with Soul Merged. It’s an everyday conscious experience of being, BEFORE the human mind processor and it’s thoughts.
Becoming that pure consciousness, we simply KNOW, have been given the keys of remembrance, to CONSCIOUS CREATION, and so we begin to create from there. HERE, in this CONSTANT state, there is the absence of suffering, the presence of Source Energy which has become the ‘louder’ experience than the human mind of thoughts. Where All Love is present in all movements. This is where we JUST START, initially, to create from, in aware wakeful connection and alignment to God’s Will. It is Oneness.
1 by 1, across humanity, our Consciousness IS just BEGINNING to TAKE OVER our entire experience. The mind’s ‘programme’ and thus ‘hold over’ is dissolving. The mind was and is but a TOOL. You’ve always been consciousness. We begin to live as that consciousness itself, outside of time, space and reality. But utilising the body and the brain, for the physical world.

As we approach the Full Moon in Gemini and the 12/12, there seems to be an increase in "symptoms".
Firstly, very dry skin and burning itching on hands and feet. I have had this. I am craving water and so drinking almost double what I normally do to hydrate the skin. People are also recommending baths with essential oils and salts. After the big activations and insertion of plasma "water" into our planetary environment, it seems like our bodies are needing more water inside and outside to assist in the crystalline transformation.
Secondly, strange feelings in the head/crown chakra including dizziness (and heaviness in the legs and feet). For myself I am sleeping a lot in the day and having strange dreams like my personal hard drive is being "defragged". Just fragments of this and that without any real "meaning" as such. I am just going with it.
I need the rest at this point.
Archangel Michael says that these are symptoms of the changes that are taking place in the Crown chakra in preparation for the wave of energy that will come through in 2023, when we will need to be connected fully to our personal sovereignty and inner power.
It is a rebalancing of our energies to prepare us for the second part of the time spiral that will unfold at the 2/2 Aquarius Gate in late January and early February.
So, please stay calm and rest. Stay hydrated. Focus on your Gratitude practice and being in the presence of Simple Joy within.

Dear family, look what I found on a page called Geometric Models:
-The heart emits rotating toroidal magnetic fields. Dan Winter, who is credited in the literature with coining the term "cardiac coherence," emphasizes that compassion is learned when the emotional images within our hearts become so 'similar' (or 'fractal') that they become a fractal attractor that sucks in the outside, creating attraction towards others who have similar emotions in their hearts. This recursive inward turn becomes the implosion, which is the electric shock associated with feeling and the law of attraction. The electrical pattern of the increasingly harmonic inclusive fractality of the heart makes perfect compression and makes perfect compassion electrically identical. This gives a new perspective on why "the healthy heart is a fractal heart."
Our heartbeat is unique, it is the signal that we emit in the form of a vibrational frequency, and that resonates in the hearts of others who have a vibrational frequency almost identical to ours, although sometimes under the influence of personality and ego projections. , it doesn't seem like it. The relationship established between the Narcissist and the Empath on an energetic level is the best example. The Empath, having a healthy heart (fractal) recognizes in the Narcissist his healthy heartbeat (Narcissism is a mechanism of the personality, not the heart) and is capable of feeling compassion for the Narcissist. The Empath feels in his heart the electric shock of compassion understood as the ability to feel WITH the other and unconsciously (until he becomes conscious) the Empath is trying to heal the Narcissist with his own heartbeat. 💞
Narcissistic people are not really insensitive, they are just people who experienced a trauma in their childhood so strong that it pushed them to create a survival mechanism. That survival mechanism is to suppress the ability to feel true empathy (Covert Narcissists can imitate it very well) in order to have no compassion for the person who assaulted them. The Narcissist protected himself in his childhood because at the time of the aggression he saw himself alone and defenseless, having to live and process a pain that was beyond him. The Empath feels the pain of the Narcissist behind his survival mechanism and is carried away by the natural impulse of his healthy heart towards compassion (not pity because pity comes from a feeling of superiority, that is, from a judgment) and try to heal that pain with love. When the Narcissist feels that vibratory frequency in his heart, the survival mechanism is activated and then he projects his ego (which he created as self-protection) on the Empath, attacking and despising him because his wound is still too great and he believes that he must protect himself and transfer that pain. so as not to feel vulnerable.
The ultimate goal of the process that we are experiencing is that we can embody the highest frequency, that of the Divine or Cosmic Consciousness, where the personality completely disappears and the "I" ceases to exist to become "Being all that IS". The path is the purification of our fractal heart (which in itself already contains the ALL because that is where it comes from) through the Perfect Compassion that includes everything and that frees ourselves and all beings from suffering and its causes. (that is, the path of the Christic Consciousness). We were born in that state of Divine or Cosmic Consciousness, the newborn baby IS only one with Everything, it does not want anything, it does not think anything, it does not judge, it does not have prejudices nor does it have an objective to achieve, it is its experience of material reality (starting with by the limits of the senses), and the way in which its environment explains it, which begins to set limits to that Divine Consciousness, making it descend to a lower frequency.
Our fractal heart is purified and our compassion is honed when we can love and feel compassion for those who hurt us as a result of their own pain, recognizing in them the purity of their fractal heart beating behind the defense mechanisms they were forced to create to protect themselves. survive the pain When we purify our hearts and achieve perfect compassion (complete non-judgment) we are able to recognize the defense mechanism because we don't take the ego's projections personally, therefore there is no harm or pain involved and the Unconditional love is still possible.❤️🔥
