The situation on the surface of the planet has reached the boiling point.
On one hand we have Dark Forces having almost unlimited free reign on the surface of the planet, on the other hand we have the Light Forces having big problems in removing the toplet bombs soon enough.
Dark Forces are sabotaging positive initiatives to break through the Quarantine and commercial space travel can not begin, even though technology to make it happen is here in public domain for 70 years already:

Awakened members of the surface population are finally stopping waiting for the Event and are taking their own life in their own hands:
The Event will come when it will come, until then we need to do whatever we can to create better life conditions for ourselves and our loved ones, and do whatever is in our power to accelerate the planetary liberation process.
The truth is that the Cabal went too far and the Light Forces are not doing enough stopping it.
Certain factions in the Alliance and certain Agarthan factions are losing patience and are planning to take the surface of the planet from the clutches of the Cabal with military action. This could lead to serious consequences and could potentially lead to a war that would wipe out humanity and make the surface of the planet uninhabitable.
To prevent this from happening, the Resistance Movement has created a certain emergency plan, called Delta Option. I will reveal about Delta Option plan as much as I can:
Instead of waiting for the optimal conditions with toplet bombs removed and non-physical Archons removed, a certain “special forces group” would initiate removal of some factions of the Cabal within USA only. None of the Chimera, Archon, Black Nobility or Jesuit members would be touched in this operation. They would keep a low profile and show a friendly face. All other factions of the Cabal within USA would be taken care of. “Special forces group” would provide tactical support for Positive Military to carry out the operation. Mass media would be freed from the Rothschild control and US dollar would collapse. Limited disclosure would begin immediately.
This change within USA would trigger a strong international reaction and we would have an unstable and chaotic transition towards the Event. Worldwide financial system would go through extreme volatility, but would most likely not collapse. There would be a worldwide purge of lower Cabal members. Mass media worldwide would gradually release more and more intel. Definitely there would me much more intel coming forth about the matrix we live in:
The whole situation would then first slowly, and then not so slowly accelerate into the Event.
Nothing can be said about removal of Chimera, Archon, Black Nobility or Jesuit members under Delta Option plan at this point. Removal of the Cabal factions mentioned above and full disclosure can happen only when all toplet bombs are removed.
Please be aware that Delta Option does NOT mean Delta timeline.
There is one huge aspect of Delta Option plan which must remain classified for now.
Final decision whether Delta Option will be implemented or not, has not been made yet. Less stable and worse the situation within USA is, more probable Delta Option becomes. The Jesuits are trying to polarize the situation within USA with artificial left/right political divide. Actions of Jesuits in the coming months will be one of the key factors in how the planetary situation unfolds. Their actions need to be monitored closely.
Militarily, the Resistance is preparing for the possible upheaval on the surface and has received reinforcements from the bases throughout the Solar System that arrived under the surface of our planet in the last few weeks. At this moment, the Resistance is 140 million members strong, and that number may and probably will still rise significantly.
Before, members of the Resistance have refrained from coming more than 30 meters to the surface of the planet. With these current developments, some special Resistance forces are stationed only 5 to 10 meters below the surface.
Lightworkers and Lightwarriors who envision part of their mission being involved in the Event operations, can telepathically ask for a small Resistance base be built under their current living location. This request must NOT be communicated aloud and must NOT be written anywhere. The Resistance will receive a request for a base to be built under the Lightwarrior's house through a certain secure channel and will in most cases approve it. Those small bases will have a certain role in the Event operations.

Everything on this dimension owes itself to other dimensions above it and so the wars already been won on the other dimensions now are coming here to earth.
There’s a big cleanup here on this level, there’s many many levels.
The highest levels are fallen Anunnaki, what they call Archons, Greys, Reptilians, things like that and then the next level down you have the illuminati, the banksters and all plugged into these darker forces.
Then you have, the below that, the politicians and the other people that are sold out, just trying to cash in
The higher dimensions have been pretty much cleaned up, there’s a little bit more going on on that level but what’s been set up to happen is that there’s going to be a total revaluation on this level.
There’s a series of steps that we have to go through, we just can’t go from a to z and so we’ll be going through a series of steps.
They’re having high-level meetings with what they call white hats and and so …. Just as the Dark side has other dimensions to it so does the Light side and then there’s some gray areas in between.
It’s a kind of a complicated issue but it’s getting cleaned up right now.
It’s all about frequency, and you have to be frequency specific to where the earth is going, and the earth is ascending, she’s going into a much higher frequency right now.
This is all documented, we’re going into a highly energized place with space cosmic rays off the scale.
The dragon families are very involved in this and they’re getting ready to release some major funds into the humanitarian sector to shift things around.
The militaries are involved in this, mainly the marines, some of the navy and they are all working together to expose the deep state and take that down.
We’re not under Universal Law, we’re under draconian law and that’s collapsing, right now, that’s coming down and it’s a really really old system and it’s very self-serving, it serves the elite, it doesn’t serve the masses and so that’s that’s coming down right now.
Universal Law is pressing in, along with all these higher dimensional beings that are here to assist, and the ground crew, the white hats and those people connected to these higher dimensional beings.
We’ve been on the outermost corner, the boondocks in the milky way basically and they’ve cleaned up almost everything else and so now they’re coming in to finish, to clean up the earth and we’ve just been kind of left alone, just a fend for ourselves and now we’re finally going to get some help.

25,000 years ago the Dark forces took the surface population hostage and a quarantine was used as a tool to prevent the progress of The Light and the Earth. Light Forces had to be very careful with any sort of contact but throughout the 20th century, the Light Forces has been removing obstacles to the First Contact one after the other until in 1995 they were ready to make their move. This triggered a red alert among the top Archons on Earth at that time and they have decided to call in all remaining dark forces of the Galaxy to defend quarantine Earth. This resulted in the so-called Congo Archon invasion of 1996.
Dark beings entered through war-torn Congo, Rwanda and Uganda. This is an energy grid around the planet called the Congo Vortex. This is a huge energy vortex that is anchored in Lake Kivu in Congo. This area was the landing space of a special expedition of the Central Race which landed there more than 2 million years ago, anchoring a very powerful Light presence. Much later this vortex was taken over by the Reptilians who actually energetically controlled most of the Sub-Saharan Africa from that area. This is the reason why black magic is so widespread in Sub-Saharan Africa and why so many people there are possessed by Reptilian entities.
The Dark Force main focus of this invasion was on the etheric and lower astral plane. The purpose of this invasion was to destroy new age and ascension movements and to reinforce the Matrix that was already beginning to disintegrate in 1995 as a result of mass awakening on Earth. Most beings are not aware of this invasion as their memories about the Light that was present on Earth before 1996 were erased with intense implanting sessions between 1996 ad 1999.

During the invasion of 1996, the Archons and the Chimera have put a negative barrier at the edge of the Solar System (the heliopause). All beings contained within that barrier inside the Solar System, including all surface humans, all Cabal factions, all subterranean beings (with the exception of a very few individuals), all secret space programs personnel, all Pleiadians, Sirians, Andromedans, Arcturians, Dracos, Reptilians, Zetas and all other sentient beings whatsoever were implanted with plasma implants and tied to Chimera's AI network (the Veil). Vast majority of beings who had connection with the Ascended Masters were having that connection cut. Many memories of spiritual nature were erased with electronic dissolution of memory (EDOM). Many beings who intended to release intel to the surface population were mind programmed and in many instances false intel and memories were implanted. All channelers were implanted and most their channeling connections were severely disrupted.
Also strangelet and toplet bomb mechanisms were planted if Ascended beings would reach out and make contact. This effectively made our Solar System a zone with very little Ascended contact. Event the Pleiadians within the Solar System could not reach the Ascended beings directly as the contact was extremely limited.
This is called the Great Forgetting of 1996.
This forgetting was so complete that many pople will have hard time comprehending what am I talking about. Now most of this blockage is already removed but everybody inside Solar System (including surface humans and almost all beings from subteranean and space alliances) still have that part of implants that cuts their connection with Ascended beings, tied to strangelet / toplet bomb mechanisms, controlled by the Chimera.In 1999, the Light forces started constructing a Light barrier at the heliopause with the intention of containing darkness infection inside our Solar System and then later clearing it. This barrier was mostly complete in late 2014 and absolutely complete in May 2015.
Since the Archon invasion in 1996, there is an intense war going on in this Solar System.
In This year (2017) 16 of februar was a meditation, where we could seal and heal this rift in a planetary energy.

The Event
The “Event” is the moment of the “Compression Breakthrough” on earth.
It is a cosmic EVENT HORIZON created by big solar waves reaching the Earth from the Galactic Central causing the activation of “The Compression Breakthrough”, this is when the light forces from above the surface of the planet and from below the surface of the planet meet in the middle, that is on the surface of the planet.
The date of this Event can not be predicted. There are many groups involved worldwide, and many informations have to remain secret for now to guarantee the safety of the operations. All we can say, is that we are getting close. This is why this information and support networks is being put in place so that the population can be prepared. Also involved the free will of the humanity, our soul missions - we do or not do - the unity, we can stand together for a common goal, or we still playing separately.
Earth and the inhabitants have been in 25,000 years of imprisonment and quarantine (black hole). We have been controlled and manipulated by the dark side – or as we call them, The Cabal. We are now to exit the black hole after 25,000 years of prison. Our planet is the last one in the galaxy to be liberated. This exit is the EVENT HORIZON, or THE EVENT. THE EVENT will be a moment of breakthrough for the planet which will be physical and non physical.
On the non physical plane: there will be a “big wave or flash of Divine energy and light coming from the Galactic Central sun going towards the surface of the planet”. (The galactic central sun is an object in the Sagittarius constellation.) The energy from the Central Sun will stimulate a flash or special kind of light from the Sun that permeates the earth and humanity, raising the frequencies of all living entities on the planet.
It will calm humanity in the light of love energy and end duality. It’s a magnificent energy not seen or felt before on earth. Everyone on earth will feel and know something has happened. It will be a surprise as to when it will happen, even for us. It’s never happened before. It will not be a major shock event, it will be a positive event.
- The arrest of the Cabal (already started).
- The re-set of the Financial Systems.
- Disclosure – the release of ET information.
- The beginning of a new, fair financial system with prosperity funds for all humanity.
- NEW Government/Political system, Education system, Health care system, etc.
- Awakening of humanity slowly and gradually to the existence of positive non-terrestrial races and our galactic connections.
- Introduction of new advanced technologies.
- The release of spiritual growth and healing for every human being on the planet.
The Event is actually many things at the same moment. It is when the light forces take over the mass media and release intel about ET involvement, about the crimes of the Cabal, about the advanced technologies, so FULL disclosure. This is part of it.
And of course we have been gradually going towards the first contact which is an actual official contact between the earth civilization and other positive ET races that exist throughout the galaxy. And the Event is a trigger point which begins that process.
That’s the short overview of what the Event is. And of course we have the pulse from the galactic central sun. The Galactic Central Sun is a living entity and it times the pulse of energy according to our global awareness and the level of that awareness and the level of the awakening. And when we have this compression breakthrough the level of awakening is high enough for humanity to receive that pulse of increased energy from the galactic center.There is much, much more to look forward to.
The first part of the Masterplan pertains to the breakthrough of Light on the non-physical planes. The Light forces use advanced vortex technology for clearing the non-physical planes. All those vortexes create a network of Light that gets stronger and stronger day by day. At a certain point a critical mass of Light will be reached and it will result in a massive arrival of the Light forces on the mental, astral and etheric non-physical planes inside the thin layer that surrounds the surface of planet Earth and now still contains a few Archons and their many reptilian minions with their negative technologies. That breakthrough will remove all remaining darkness from non-physical planes.
This is a crucial step and must happen before the Event. Otherwise the Archons and their reptilian minions would exert pressure on the psychological weak spots of humanity and this could easily lead to widespread wars and violence. Human masses are very open to regressing to violence under stress combined with Archon physical and non-physical influence, as experience with Nazi Germany and Rwanda genocide clearly shows. Under Archon influence, humans are also quick to accuse and attack and this could easily lead to witch hunts and mobs lynching people that are not to their liking. Anybody could be attacked and labeled as »cabal collaborator« or anything similar. Such things need to be prevented and therefore the Event will NOT happen before the non-physical planes are taken care of.
The second part of the Masterplan pertains to the physical part of the Event itself. Since most surface positive groups are now fragmented, they will not take part in the Event as groups. The Pleiadians and the Resistance Movement as two main non-surface positive groups will implement what is called Fluid Group Masterplan Management. First, impulse will come from the Source that the time is right for the Event to start. The Pleiadians and other positive ET races have complete overview of every human being, their thoughts and motivations and they will easily determine who can be a part of the initial fluid physical group that will trigger the Event. They will forward that intel to the Resistance Movement.
Resistance's surface operatives will then contact key people of that fluid surface group. Some of those key people are in positions inside Russian, Chinese and US military. Those key people will be contacted in person or over the phone and will be offered a simple choice. They will be invited to be part of the Event operations. They will either accept or decline according to their free will decision. They will be given a few minutes to make that choice. If they accept, they will receive further instructions who to contact and what to do. If they decline, they will not be contacted anymore. Those people that will be then contacted directly from the key group will make their own decisions and so the fluid group will spring into action. This whole process will be very fast and it will be a surprise for the Cabal. There will most likely be no advance »Green Light« notifications over the internet because the surprise element would then be lost.
After the Event, human masses will receive psychological help and spiritual healing to be disinfected from Archon virus. Archon virus was maintained among human masses by passing the trauma-induced mind control from generation to generation. When this will be removed, human beings will discover that violence is ugly, does NOT solve anything and is not inherently part of the human nature.
One of the key factors that was maintaining control of the dark forces was that people were taught not to support each other. One of the first lessons humanity needs to learn is the lesson of support. People will start utilizing their free will and will choose love. They will receive massive assistance from the Light forces to learn again how to love each other.
No revenge against the Cabal will be tolerated. Every member of the former Cabal will have the right to fair trial and those willing to confess and cooperate might be able to integrate into the society. The Event is not about revenge, it is about stopping ALL violence on this planet by removing the Cabal from power.
