Directed energy weapons are physical radio frequency, laser, microwave, sound or plasma beam weapons that can incapacitate the target. These are unknown for an average people, and these kind of weapons leaves no evidence.
Attacks with these weapons are invisible and can go through walls, read and influence the human mind. Can be applied from air, sea, land, and space by manned and unmanned systems, and can target humans, communications, radars. Military and secret services or even unwise peoples (forced or bribed by Cabal) used all around the World.
These weapons are not mentioned by mainstream media, not acknowledged by goverment, military and covertly using against the peoples - to eliminate, confuse, control, make you fear, make you sick, To do things you would not do.
The development of weapons based on radio waves started in the Second World War. The Nazis were already developing them and the Russians and the Americans followed.
Microwave weapons
Although some devices are labelled as microwave weapons, the microwave range is commonly defined as being between 300 MHz and 300 GHz which is within the RF range (electromagnetic wave frequencies used by communications or radar signals)
A kitchen microwave cooks meat with radio waves, you can easily imagine these weapons what can do with a human brain, skin or organs inside the body. For example these invisible energy waves, in specific areas of the brain are electrically stimulated to produce a whole assimilated events, including stimulating the auditory and visual senses.
In other words, a targeted people believing these created hallucinatory experiences to be real and will have no idea of their outside influences.
The directing and targeting involves the mind-blowing use of advanced artificial intelligence guidance systems which can be used in conjunction with microwave cell phone towers, satellite technology, HARP-like installations, drones and implants. Targeted individuals can be standing or moving, in covered areas or outside, either way, the targeting is extremely precise.
The human body is extremely sensitive to electromagnetic radiation. In addition, human body also sends out radiation. In other words, man is both: a bio-electromagnetic transmitter and a bio-electromagnetic receiver.
For many years, research has been undertaken into the collection of signals from the brain (mind-reading), as well as, effective ways to send signals to the brain (mind-influencing). In the beginning, electrodes and implants were needed/might have been required, but new developments in science and technology made this unnecessary. Now, it is not only possible to read minds from a distance, but it is also possible to force thoughts into minds, which appear as if they were their own. An electrolaser is a type of electroshock weapon. It uses lasers to form an electrically conductive laser-induced plasma channel (LIPC). A fraction of a second later, a powerful electric current is sent down this plasma channel and delivered to the target. They use it - to kill or knock out living target or destroy, make damage electronic devices.
Pulsed Energy Projectile or PEP systems emit an infrared laser pulse which creates rapidly expanding plasma at the target. The resulting sound, shock and electromagnetic waves stun the target and cause pain and temporary paralysis.
A Dazzler is a directed-energy weapon intended to temporarily blind or disorient its target with intense directed radiation. The Weapon emit infrared or invisible light against various electronic sensors, and visible light against humans, when they are intended to cause no long-term damage to eyes. Most of the contemporary systems are man-portable
There are a number of physical effects that can occur; scratching, strong pain, diarrhoea, heart complaints, sexual stimulation, headache, sudden confusion, sudden memory loss, mood changes, panic attacks or anxieties.
The Active Denial System (ADS) is a non-lethal (not deadly) weapon, the weapon is also called the heat ray, since it works by heating the surface of targets, such as the skin of targeted human subjects. The ADS works by firing a high-powered beam. Like all focused energy, the beam will irradiate all matter in the targeted area, including everything beyond/behind it that is not shielded, with no possible discrimination between individuals, objects or materials. Anyone incapable of leaving the target area would continue to receive radiation until the operator turned off the beam.

- a laser emits a laser beam into the air
- the laser beam rapidly heats and ionizes surrounding gases to form plasma
- the plasma forms an electrically conductive plasma channel

" Rob: Can you tell us where some of the other powerful hubs of this HAARP technology are located?
Cobra: Actually, there are many sites, which if you’re speaking about HAARP technology, mainly there are many sites. Many of them are known. You have them in Canada, in north Europe. You have them all over the world. This is not the main problem. The HAARP technology is an outdated old technology. They have much more advanced mobile units, which can be easily shifted or moved to other locations.
Rob: So these are actually mobile units? Are these like in semi-trucks? Or are they larger than that?
Cobra: They can be quite small. They can fit in a small van, actually.
Rob: There must be Chimera technology beneath the surface of the planet that is tying into these networks. Is that correct?
Cobra: Yes, there are many layers of this technology. I would say that various groups have access to this on a need-to-know basis. I would say parts of negative militaries, especially the Air Force, have access to part of this but not all of this.
Rob: Would you say that most of these mind-control technologies on the planet are located in high population areas?
Cobra: I would say one of the networks is connected to high population areas, but there is another network which needs to be spaced out literally throughout the planet’s surface because there’s a very specific wavelength which needs to maintained to keep the whole planet in low vibration. So they are putting this on certain nodes which allow this very particular wavelength to be maintained (inaudible).
Rob: Yes, so they’re giving us a negative acupuncture treatment to the planet Earth in that way.
I have many people contacting me through emails – I would say probably in the last few months probably up to 15 – who are complaining of electronic harassment. And I was just wondering, even though these nodes are moving around that are under this mind control and plasma scalar field Chimera technology. I’m wondering if they moved to more remote locations, would this mitigate their suffering?
Cobra: Actually, moving a natural location can help to some degree in many cases but not in all cases. What would also help is to move near a body of water, because water tends to disconnect scalar plasma waves.
Rob: Okay. Well, I guess living in Maui that helps a bit. Can you tell us, is this technology located in satellites? And could they target an individual anywhere on the planet?
Cobra: Yes, I would say one layer of that technology is located on satellites. And theoretically it can target any individual, but lately they’re having developments where the Pleiadian ships, the Pleiadian fleet and their mother ships, have disabled parts of this.
So it is not as active as it was even a few months ago. But that’s just one layer of technology. There are many layers of this.
Rob: Okay, so that’s very good news. And obviously at the time of the Event, if not a little bit before, a lot of this technology would be brought down with one order by the Galactic Confederation.
Cobra: This will be completely shut down at the time of the Event, if not a little bit before. It will be completely shut down
