Collective Energy Update – July 29, 2025There’s a heaviness moving through the collective field right now... but it’s not stagnation… it’s pressure before clarity. Like the moment right before the storm breaks or the silence before the seed cracks open. Many are feeling stretched between two realities... one foot in the old story, one reaching for the new. This is timeline friction, and it’s real.
Emotional waves are rising from deep storage. You may be noticing past patterns returning for one last test... not to trap you, but to show you how much you’ve outgrown. The question isn’t “why is this happening again?”... it’s “how will I respond differently now?”
We’re entering a phase where truth can no longer be ignored... internally or externally. Relationships, paths, even inner narratives are being recalibrated. What doesn’t serve your highest alignment is surfacing not to punish you, but to be cleared.
Physically, this can feel like exhaustion, body tension, scattered focus, or waves of emotion out of nowhere. Don’t fight it. Rest. Hydrate. Touch the Earth. Speak what’s true. Let yourself unravel what was never you.
Themes this week...
Revealed Illusions
Relationship recalibration
Integration over escape
Creating space for the realReminder... You’re not meant to carry it all. Let this be a week of sacred shedding. Burn the dead weight... not out of anger, but out of devotion to who you’re becoming.
You're not falling apart... you're becoming honest.

Some relationships aren’t rooted in soul connection... they’re born from pain. When we feel unworthy, lonely, or unsure of who we are, we sometimes pull people close not because they truly align… but because they fill a void. That’s not love... that’s survival. And it’s okay... many of us have done it.
But as you begin to give yourself the love, honesty, and wholeness you were seeking in others, things shift. You start to see which connections were real and which were just reflections of a wound. This isn’t about blame... it’s about clarity. You don’t have to keep people in your life just because they’ve been there. Some were only meant to show you what you still needed to heal.
The more love you give yourself, the more your relationships will start to reflect that. Let the ones that no longer fit fall away… and make space for the ones that do.

Most people hear about Ho’oponopono but don’t actually use it. Or they don’t know how.
Let’s break it down.
First... how you say it...
👉 Ho-oh-pono-pono
(Slow it down: Ho... oh... pono... pono)
It’s Hawaiian. It means “to make things right.”
Not just with others… but with yourself. With life. With the pain. With the past.
Next... what it is...
It’s a clearing tool. A way to take full responsibility for what’s in your field... without shame, without blame. It’s not about fixing people. It’s about clearing your side of the mirror.
Here’s how you use it...
Find a quiet moment. Bring up the emotion, the person, the memory, or the version of yourself that’s still holding on. You don’t need a script. You just need honesty.
Say this... from your heart...
“I’m sorry.”
(For whatever part I played in this... knowingly or unknowingly.)
“Please forgive me.”
(For holding onto it, for reacting, for being in fear.)
“Thank you.”
(For the mirror, the lesson, the opportunity to heal this now.)
“I love you.”
(Because under it all… there’s still connection.)
You can use this for anything...
Childhood wounds
Relationship pain
Guilt or regret
Old memories
The version of you still stuck in survival mode
Say it once. Or say it until something shifts. This is how we heal. This is how we let go. This is how we come back to ourselves.

“You go talk to kindergarteners or first grade kids, you find a class full of science enthusiasts. And they ask deep questions! They ask... ‘What is a dream, why do we have toes, why is the moon round, what is the birthday of the world, why is the grass green?’ These are profound, important questions! They just bubble right out of them.
You go talk to 12th graders and there's none of that. They've become incurious. Something terrible has happened between kindergarten and 12th grade.”
~ Carl Sagan
This isn’t just about school.
It’s about what our system slowly trains out of us.. wonder, questioning, awe. We enter this world as seekers of truth... But by the time we leave high school, many are just trying to survive it.
Let’s not blame the kids... let’s look at the system. Let’s protect and rekindle that innate fire of curiosity.
Because somewhere inside each of us... The kindergartener is still asking why the moon is round.
Let them speak again.
