Small acts of peace that we give to ourselves or to others are very galvanizing right now. We need them. How can you create small acts of peace in the world? And how can you invite yourself to experience small acts of peace? It might be you sending a sweet message to a friend. It might be you having a very intimate moment where you're sitting in the garden, looking at a tree, or you're looking at a bird out the window. And you're just very present in that moment with what's happening. There's a peace to the now versus a worry about the future, or stress about the past. Small acts of peace are when we can be very in the presence of love in the present moment. In the presence of, in this moment, everything is all okay.

If you are one of those people going, "Oh my God, the world's gone crazy." Offer the world some sanity. Offer a friend some sanity. Offer yourself some sanity. Because what starts to happen, if that's all we see and that's all we focus on, is we come off balance. We start to go into that storm ourselves, and then we lose our center. And then we're no good to anyone and we're no good to ourselves.

After a healing experience, you can be left in a state of disorientation or a kind of chaos. It can take time to reground in your body, to recalibrate to who you are now after the healing has taken place. Going through any kind of healing in a more focused or bigger way than the daily healing that all of you have the potential to experience creates a surge in your nervous system. It allows more life force to move through you, and that life force will cause you to become someone newer than you were before.

The coming months are going to be a good time to create, but of course, we can't do that unless we have recovered from our grief, have recovered from stress, and are able to be back in our own life force. If you haven't really been heeding that message this past few months, but there's a nagging voice inside you telling you, "I need to look after myself," I'd like to remind you again, it's those small daily acts of self-care that prevent us having to take a huge gulp of self-care for six weeks at the end of the year because we've burnt out. Now more than ever, it has to be a part of your rhythm. And it will look different for you than it will for your friend.

For you, it might just be dancing around the house to dance music every day. For your friend, it might look like a very deep spiritual practice of yoga. The point is the result you're looking for; which is for you to be able to feel and emanate your light for yourself first, and then to bring it to those that you're serving, those you're in relationship with, and perhaps what you're doing in the wider world.
