The Inner Sanctuary
It is so important now to cultivate (if you have not yet done so, create) that inner sanctuary which becomes the still point, the sanctuary, for you during the day (and night).
Why is this important? Because no matter what is happening outside of you, in your daily life and encounters (in the old 3D), you are not thrown out of kilter. You can stay calm in the midst of the storm, and even find and see the funny side, lighter side in the midst of severe storms and earth upheavals.
With every challenge in life – there is support. Life always strives for balance. No one can steal your inner peace unless you allow them to do so.
Instead of your stress levels rising, breathe deeply until you have calmed down, and then ask yourself: HOW IS THIS SERVING ME? And believe me, everything serves you in the end. It might just be your greater awakening, or the push you need to finally free yourself and live your truth. Once you see the hidden blessings, everything within you shifts and equilibrium returns.
Your quiet sanctuary starts in early morning hours and this is when you truly activate this sanctuary again, preparing for the day ahead. To me, this is my anchor and stay, and that deep connection to the Divinity within. It is like brushing my teeth – it is a daily cleansing and clearing process, before the day even begin, and preparing my sanctuary for whatever comes my way.
At this time, it is so important to not only create this sanctuary, within yourself, but also to be so connected to your own Higher Soul Self that you can see, feel, and act and react from the highest perspective and from the heart of love. When you Highest Soul Self and your inner sanctuary are both present, then something deep inside of you shifts.
You just live your life differently and more than this, you are eternally held in the bubble of white-golden Light, which indeed in impenetrable and into which no lower energies can enter.
Yet, it remains your sole responsibility to cultivate both and to be firmly anchored in these two, and more than this, a good sense of humor and the ability to laugh at yourself and not take yourself so seriously, is indeed, an invincible combination!
Yes, inner joy flows out like an unending stream, when the inner sanctuary and the Higher Soul Self, are both fully present.
And more than this: the Heart and Soul are filled with love to overflowing.

We are so blessed to be able to be here as souls, at this momentous time.
It is indeed what we all signed up for, and knew before we were born.
At the moment huge activations are happening within our own souls, are preordained at this exact moment, with the huge changes on all levels, and will continue into 2026, as we awaken at far greater and deeper levels, so that we can fully access our own soul's talents, abilities, knowledge, technologies and innate wisdom. And of course greater levels of love and being loved.
This brings huge opportunities of soul growth, expansion, and more than this to be able to co-create the New Golden Age, with every living breath we are taking, we word were a speaking, and actions and all we are soul inspired to bring into form and being.
So much is now opening up within us. Yes within. For first of all the inner change needs to happen, so that the outer changes can manifest into form and being.
I was last night taken to Venus, to which I have a great soul connection, and here I was shown the immense soul healing which is now taking place. Venus holds the Cosmic Heart and this also links to the Cosmic Heart of Andromeda, my own Soul's true home, and indeed, these two combined as now returning the higher love, the transcendental love, and a huge inpouring of Divine Love, recreating us anew - totally new, as our New Solar Crystalline Light-bodies, expand with the full power of the new twelve strands of DNA and twenty-four, and the full activation in the new few months of higher energy systems within our entire twelve bodies.
What a time to be alive!
What an opportunity to serve with love and joy!
