Your cosmic body will often be holding elements of your future timelines. Let's say you are about to become more abundant and less restricted. Perhaps your earthly lifetime required you to experience restriction, limitation, and suppression of abundance. Abundance in this case is referring to love, flow, connection, and resources. It can be any and all of those things.
But before your human body gets to open into a new level of abundance, your cosmic body begins to vibrate with abundance energy and waits to see if you will allow it in. So often, you may have the perception that you are opening portals inside yourself to new realities. For example, “I'm opening a portal to a healthy romantic relationship after having experienced many that were not that.” “I'm opening a portal to expressing my voice after many years of feeling stifled.”
You often experience it as if you open something in your own body or mind, shift something in your emotions, and suddenly, that new experience magically appears from within you. But that is not quite how it works. It descends; it descends into you and becomes a new layer of vibration. That is why when you hear the phrase “raise your vibration,” it is so that the higher vibration that is above you can drop into your body and become a meeting point.

You all have a cosmic body. It is the stepping stone between your soul and your human body. It remains in existence while you are alive, and when you leave your body, you use your cosmic body to step back into the soul realms. While you are alive, your cosmic body, for many of you, is the place from which you receive your soul messages. Imagine a larger hologram version of your physical body floating far above you and yet connected to you—that is your cosmic body.
It is the first point at which your soul enters the gravity of earth, not yet fully landing upon the gravity of the earth or into the gravity of a human body, but it works as a radio for you while you are alive. It is form (to some degree) that can reach the form that you are now in as human beings. For example, when you are channeling or connecting with your soul or your higher self, your cosmic body is activated. It is the bridge for that process.

So many of you are familiar with the idea that you are a bridge generation, as many generations that came before you have been a bridge generation too. That is how you can look at your evolution as a human and how it affects the collective as a whole. But you are also a bridge body, and your cosmic body is the bridge between you and the height of your soul. It helps to fertilize the energies that you are going to allow into your body before they hit your human body. This is how many of you become aware of your future timelines. You connect up to what's possible.
The reason we bring this to your attention is that, for many of you, focusing on your cosmic body will be relief. For example, if you are struggling with the density of the world or your life or what you are experiencing, taking a moment to sit and invite a connection with your cosmic body far above you will help. You will remember that there is a part of you that relates to your future possibilities that is deeply connected to you even today. It is not always appropriate for you to become your full cosmic self while incarnate on earth. But much like a drip-feed process, you slowly become more of your cosmic body as you are able to.
