Dear all, we are currently under the effect of a minor Geomagnetic Storm Kp5 and, as you can see in the picture, the Sun has several active regions and the Solar Wind speed is above 700km per second.
In addition to the activation in the Heart Chakra and the Thyme (palpitations, double heart beat, fluttering, chest discomfort as if they had a tensioner between the ribs, burning in the mouth of the stomach, high back pain between the scaples and the feeling that you can not breathe deeply), they may also feel dizzy or as if they were under the influence of a drug or alcohol. Although a Kp5 Geomagnetic Storm is already much easier to integrate than it was two or three years ago, depending on where they are in their own process, the effect on the physical body can be more or less intense. In addition to the Crown Chakra, the Third Eye and the Heart, this time the effect is felt up to the throat and the Solar Plexus, so you might feel heat, tickling (like electricity and small touches) or pressure on all or some of them and on the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet. The irritability they might feel is because three-dimensional reality becomes very unattractive (and even shocking) for the Consciousness that wants to expand. 
Try to find at least a moment to be quiet and disconnect from everything outside, stay well hydrated and remember that the body adapts itself without us having to make any major effort.

This one I feel today (headache and nausea) - in Eu time in the morning it was Kp6, now went down to Kp5
