Hey Soul Tribe,
There is much to say about the powerful, energetic overlays at present 
Two important messages that have come through my dreams in the past week that fit together might be really helpful.
The final week of April will be a very heightened polarisation within the atmosphere. This is a Collective Energy that will be very palpable.
This energy will be infused with lots of anger and frustration, sadness that's surfacing for a vast majority. For the energetically sensitive, you'll be able to feel it within the atmosphere each time you walk outside
For those who are aware, it's time to build a greater sense of unity & peace within your field coming back inside & home within yourself.
The image presented like a flame that turns just pure white. This is going to help stabilise ourselves and have a flow on effect within the collective.
White Flame Purification Techniques can be utilised in many ways:
See the white flame burning within you. You can place it within the centre of your body & expand it outward, creating a frequency around your energy body. You can place it around your head if you're experiencing exasperated mental patterns or on a part of the body that requires more attention & healing. You might even want to try enveloping yourself in it before you go to sleep with a specific intention to purify outdated timelines or associated energies.
Dream space has been especially merky, with lots of deeply uncomfortable scenarios, faulty timelines, and lots of processing.
As I woke up this morning, the message came through loud & clear " You can't stabilise the highest timeline until you've cleared & purged out all the fragments of the lower timelines."
This feels as though it's happening directly within the physical body. As many of us have been able to unplug from the old mainframe, our embodiment of the organic template is trying to merge through the physical body.
Especially within the lower two chakra areas, sacral, base/root themes, or physical symptoms. Moving down through the legs. Once this process is completed, the higher timeline will be stabilised to walk forward with much more ease & grace.
Physical bodies are going through a lot right now, there is lots of energy influxes supporting this rapid clearing & and configuration, especially during daytime naps 
The beginning of the week had three powerful energetic influxes of pure potential & the optimum/organic timeline presented to show the way forward as the correct pieces of the puzzle are showing up. This is followed by a few days of releasing.
Working with the white flame has really helped clear things for me & and I would love to hear how you feel it working for you
