As per my previous post, those incredible and very strong energies are currently hitting us. Many of you may be feeling like you've been knocked sideways today, emotionally, mentally, or physically.
You might notice emotional waves like irritability or instability, or mental patterns such as racing thoughts. Physically, there will be unusual sensations, and in some cases, it may feel like your heart is doing something strange. Don’t panic. Your heart is simply rewiring itself to the cosmic heartbeat of Earth’s new rhythm. Give it a moment.
Breathe, refocus, and relax back into the vibration, with grace.
