FLOWING WITH THE WAVES OF ENERGY

We are entering the influence of Mercury Retrograde, which begins on March 15 and ends on April 7. This movement occurs three times a year for three weeks.

Mercury governs written and spoken communication and transits/travel. And with this “retrograde” energy, everything does not work as planned, creating confusion. Do not ignore these contradictory energies. It is best to review information to avoid misunderstandings, and relax for self-care - avoid decisions about starting partnerships, projects, investments, acquisitions, new jobs, and especially do not travel.

You will notice that people from the past appear or you will hear from them. And current relationships may be paused.

And issues to be resolved may be postponed (or canceled) until its movement becomes direct.

The Equinox on March 20 arrives in the middle of an energetic corridor between 2 eclipses, and the planet and living beings will be affected.

Heightened intuition will confirm urgent changes for Healing – it can cause damage in certain regions, disconnection with people (ties), habits and things, in the process of Restoring Life and the consciousness of Freedom.

The Energy Wave will need to flow calmly, marking emotional limits so that we can use the innate abilities that will be emerging.

. We cannot give in to exhaustion, to worries, to decide what we can approach for our best and highest.

World leaders will continue to fight for the greed of Power.

But the Collective Purpose of Peace and Abundance will be of Cosmic relevance with the Energies of Pluto in Aquarius irradiated until 2044 triggering changes to create advances in the systems of society, in technology and in lives.

Pluto radiates the dimension of the Collective Will, and will eliminate that which is corrupted to make room for Humanity to enhance its highest.

WHAT DOES “AWAKENING” MEAN?

This is what is determined by “Hermetic alchemy,” which is based on the mastery of mental forces, on the transmutation of certain vibrations of thoughts caused by the “monkey mind,” as it is called in Buddhism.

Eckhart Tolle answers: -“I would define Awakening as disidentification with thought. When you realize that the voice in your head, your compulsive thought, is not who you are, then you have begun to Awaken.

A new dimension of consciousness is born, which we could call Consciousness, Presence or vigilance. ... and you can see the truth of Jesus’ words: “You are the light of the world.”

HOW TO STOP THE INTERNAL TALK

Buddha described mental chatter, and how to tame uncomfortable thoughts that jump around chaotically - things to resolve; dwelling on offenses; judging; creating emotional catastrophe scenarios.

The "monkey mind" prevents you from living in the Now by making you unhappy, anxious, and panicky.

Buddha won, and showed how to tame the "monkey mind."

1. The "monkey" can be tamed by managing your thoughts through intentional focus.

2. Stop for a moment and listen to what this restless creature is saying. Ask why it worries.

Is your monkey anxious about the future? Get a piece of paper and write down an action plan to calm it down.

Is the monkey angry about something from the past? Reflect on the complaints that arise and write down how you will feel from now on. Refuse to spend time with it. Say: "I can't listen to you right now, I'm busy”.

Occupy your mind by listening to or chanting or thinking mantras, a word, or by focusing on an imagined image that you like, or on one or more objects in front of you.
Trick the monkey with your attention by focusing.

And you need to know the beliefs that you use to judge yourself and become dissatisfied - ask the monkey:
- Do you believe that people should assert their opinions over mine? - Is it right to expect me to act without ever making a mistake?
. When you reject the beliefs that the monkey uses to justify its hysteria, it will not continue to lead you into distress.

Buddhist meditation to tame the mind:
 Close your eyes and get into a comfortable position. Inhale deeply with your attention on the top of your head, on the crown chakra.
Exhale, with your attention on the navel. Gently, without effort.
Do this exercise several times.

It will take time to see results, and you won't always be able to achieve inner silence. But you will feel the improvement in the quality of your life, restoring your balance whenever you need it.
