Started a new circuit today 
so for those who are feeling it today is first day of a new circuit at the 3m data per hour range this weekend rest as much as you can we go into a massive week of changes next week lots of them will be physical if you can remember to stretch and allow your body to move through dancing or shaking it will benefit you greatly

Update:
These next few days leading up to 18th are going to be some of the strangest days lots of energy coming in ontop of the new circuit we are learning and the peaceful transition of power and end of a 200 year experiment as well as the beginning of the dismantling of the delusional mind this is radical changes so remember take it slow and steady and know there is something far greater then you can see happening and you have lived your whole life for these next moments so you are prepared ❤ ::hugs::
