As we begin to physically EMbody the new sector in preparation for the 8th when we are fully here and the mind body connection is restored remember that it is very common to have physical side effects and this process can be uncomfortable as your is body growing and learning to process light differently since no one currently alive has ever been in this sector in this body it is going to be an adjustment for us all that being said remember that once the connection is restored there will be a period of flushing out the old and outdated mental patterns and personality structures and a huge process with updating the body mind this is why i say after the 8th most of the challenges will be psychological and will require a lot more pausing to get clarity before action so they don't have to become physical take these next few days leading up to the 8th to ask yourself where have i not been authentic and real and what can i do to grow in this area as this will make the transition much easier ::hugs::
