These times we get a lot of high energies, solar storms, energy burst, downloading, or just the circumstances become unstable, the stress and the different type of radiation overwhelming us and we can quickly become unbalanced, body aches-pain, "fly away" feeling, that´s why important to get grounding (centered) to the earth, to Gaia and to the present moment.
When you feel dizziness (vertigo), or like you floating (i call "fly away"), disconnected from this reality, high pressure on the crown chakra (top of your head), anxiety, can´t focus, can´t sleep, depression, fatigue etc. these are symptoms that you are not grounded.
The easiest way if you walk barefoot outside - feel the earth/grass under your feet. If you live close to the seashore or you have the opportunity then walk there, dig your feet into the sand while listening to the water sound - not just make you calm, help you stay in the Now present and also become grounded, centered.
Gardening is a super grounding technique - also very good if you suffer about anxiety, depression, anger, frustrated and very good body exercise too.
Being in Nature - Touch or hug a tree - feel how these connecting on earth. The nature energy is a very good healing tool and grounding your energy. And also not forget we are mostly living in a modern environment full of radiation (microwave, wi-fi etc) and nature clear you out.
Swim in a Ocean/Lake/River - this is my own experience - Have often in my life when everything is overwhelming me - I feel myself full - can`t focus, I want go "home", not find my space etc, and then if I have a chance to go to a lake, swim or just sit in there - I got totally refreshed body and soul level.
If I can´t do this then every day in my shower I visualize that these water wash away the negativity, illness, clear my body on every level.
Exercise the best in nature - run, walk, yoga, meditate, walk with your dog, tai-chi etc.
Christals: black tourmaline, Hematite, Red Jasper, smoky quartz, shungite, bloodstone, tiger´s eye, obsidian etc.
Music - everything is frequency - grounding music 7,83Hz (Schumann resonance), 432Hz music, nature sounds music
Drink Water - not sugary drinks, not over sugary juice, not fluorinated or chlorinated tap water. And enough water daily min. 2-3 Liter
Food - grounding food - roots veggies (carrots, radishes, ginger, garlic, potatoes, yams etc.) red fruits (color red for the root chakra which is responsible for the grounding)
Chocolate - high-quality dark chocolate, raw cacao
Meditate - bring awareness - help you become centered while you spiritually grow, the best if you meditate on the floor so you can better connect with the earth.
Visualizing for Grounding
Stand on the floor and imagine roots extending out from under your feet, going through the ground (if you live in a 2nd, 3rd etc. floor then through these floors, till the roots reach the earth. Feel these roots go deeper and deeper into the earth, I visualize that my roots reach Mother Earth´s core. Imagine that the energy steps in your crown chakra and move through your body down balancing your chakras and leave through your roots.
If you want you can bring Earth energy up to your body with the same method, just started from the roots and balancing your chakras till your crown chakra or more up if you feel guided.
Visualizing for Grounding
For Men - Bring your focus to your root chakra (1st chakra) - bottom of your tailbone
For Women - Bring your focus to your sacral chakra (2nd chakra) half way between your navel and base of your lumbar spine
For Both Men and Women - Imagine a silver cord/rope or light extending downwards from these chakras towards the ground till this rope reach the core of the Earth. Try to feel and see how anchor the energies there. Take your time until you feel yourself better, balanced etc.
Visualizing for Grounding
Visualize a pillar of Light emanating from the Galactic Central Sun, then going through all points of Light inside our Solar System and then through your body to the center of the Earth. Visualize another pillar of Light rising from the center of the Earth, then up through your body and upwards into the sky towards all beings of Light in our Solar System and our galaxy. You are now sitting in two pillars of Light, the Light flowing both upwards and downwards simultaneously. Keep these pillars of Light active for a few minutes.
