I was shown this theme multiple times when I was tuning in this month, so I have to go with it because it kept coming back to me, even though I was questioning it. There is going to be some kind of energy lift or bright light this month, like a big upshift. This can speak to surprises, calm, or celebration after a storm - uplifting events for the future - even if those events appear chaotic at the time. So, whatever's going to be playing out might be immediately celebratory and feel good to you, or it might be jarring or throw you off, and at the time, it might seem chaotic. But it's actually a bright light energy that's a very important foundational piece for our future.

You may feel a little down or a little disconnected from your heart. Go play the music that always makes your heart feel better. Make contact with the friend who you always feel uplifted when you are with. Do the introverted activity that always soothes and reconnects you.
The reason we share this is not because many of you are not aware of how to reconnect your heart, but more because you are going through a tumultuous time on earth where heart energy is concerned. Heart energy is rising, but in order to get there for many, it first happens through heart shock or heartbreak. So, as more people in the world feel disconnected from their hearts at times, or scared they won't connect to their hearts, or in heartbreak because of something that has occurred either on a personal or a global or a collective scale, your empathy and your sympathy are all warranted.
