This message resonate with me mainly that I experienced this and I hope and seem so more to come. The last week I had intensive dreams and those were past life memories. Nowadays unfortunately rarely when I dream past life things, mostly parallel worlds, etc. as I realize need a specific higher vibe and energies to unlock them, mainly about the implants. I saw my dream memories as a 3D movie but without triggering strong emotions even if this was the last moment on a surface of the planet before exploded about a race who total exploited that planet ... or be in a divided planet ask somebody to teach how can fly with a spaceship...seem so the spaceship/space travel love is in my essence - I love them anyway those dreams/memories good or bad - those are part of me, part of my journey, and I want them back.
So I share with you this update from Jason Estes, maybe this helpful mainly if you also experience unusual things like intensive dreams, flashbacks, etc.

We have been lied to for a long long time about what humanity is and what its purpose is and what our purpose is, for a very long time many of the puzzle pieces have been kept from us, there is a reason they were and this was all done for our own good believe it or not however that time has finally come to a close over the last few months many energy portals and gates have been coming back online and many of the inner earth cities and the ocean are being updated and thus all our water in our own bodies the atmosphere is being brought back to its origin point and thus the way we breath and remember and with all these updates we are now linking back into our Omiversal selves and with that our DNA is coming back online and many of the painful memories and energies of other lives as others beings, you see human isn't were anyone starts there is no new souls that are on this planet it is a master class planet and its soul purpose is to explore free will, as we begin to shift back into are true selves there will be some discomfort in the memories at first but as they flood in so will the others and still more, the easiest thing is to get swept up in the story of who you have been and forget that it was who you were not who you are, remember who you are is so much greater then your past and even your future, one daily practice you can do to assist with this integration is set a timer for 3-5 mins and just tone the sound HU over and over again this will assist the body to process much easier and bring more stability to the process, i know i usually try to keep these posts grounded and simple though where we are headed is anything but... so be prepared to open those doors that have been sealed shut in your mind and drift into a world of magic once more as your going home <3 ::hugs::
