Since ancient times entities that light up the skies have held spiritual meaning, as they were believed to be divine messengers sent from the cosmos.
Every particle of light we see is made up from photons, which are believed to hold multi-dimensional energy travelling through space containing data and information possibly from millions of years ago.
When we sense and decode the messages hidden within light particles, we then open up to the highest level of consciousness, awakening, and enlightenment. This process is known as ascension, as we transcend the physical state and communicate with the non-physical by absorbing and channeling highly charged energy through our chakras.
Metaphysical is a word used to describe life-force energy that is not physical; therefore, it is not always possible to see it. Unfortunately, when we rely only on our five senses, we miss out on a huge part of our human experience, as non-visible energy is vital, intuitive life-force energy, full of wisdom and knowledge that can guide and transform our lives.
Cosmic events are embraced and celebrated by many as periods of spiritual awakening or cleansing; those who are highly sensitive to energy often notice that whenever something occurs close by in the cosmos, they experience enhanced intuition, vivid dreams, premonitions, heightened emotions , and their physical body feels as though it is vibrating highly. This may cause them to feel irritable or fatigued due to the energy shift occurring, which is believed to result in cellular changes and DNA upgrades.
When we perceive ourselves as energetic beings of light with no separation or limitations, our energy is elevated immensely, and we gain access to infinite possibilities and opportunities.
One of the main things we notice during an energy shift is that we start to look for deeper meaning in our lives, and the reason for this is that we are pushed to recognise our mission here on planet Earth. We also find that we are put in situations where we are forced to discern whether our intentions and motivations are authentic, and if we are in alignment.
Even if we have already decided upon the course of action we need to take to achieve our soul’s purpose, cosmic events shake us up so that anything that is not aligned with our plans falls away, and we can go on to be lighter and freer in all that we do.
This is often why people feel anxious and irritated during solar storms, full moons, eclipses, planetary movements, and meteor showers—as a window, known as a portal, opens up so that we see our lives and those around us with clarity, and we particularly focus on our intimate relationships. Whenever there is cosmic activity, the illusions fade away and the masks that people wear come off, so we are able to see our entire existence clearly—and sometimes it is not a pretty sight. However, this offers us the opportunity to detox and clear out anything or anyone that is harmful, or that holds us back.
We are about to experience the peak of the Capricornids and Delta Aquariids meteor showers. It is believed that shooting stars (which are visible as meteor showers) have metaphysical energy that contains a vast amount of data, dating back millions of years. Some also believe that the light we see is an angelic entity from a higher dimension that travels toward our planet at immensely high speed. This is the reason the phrase “wish upon a star” is used, as it is thought that when we make contact with a travelling star (angel), our consciousness interacts with its powerful metaphysical energy; thus, our wish will come true.
Cosmically, everything happens in sequences, and we are currently ending one of these sequences, the eclipse cycle, and beginning a new one with the “Black” New Moon. This kicks off the first of 3 Super Moons in a row —known as a super moon triad.
Unlike regular moon energy, in which the energy lasts for a few days, the highly charged, intense, life-altering energy of this trio will be felt pretty much consistently from this super moon until the super moon at the end of September. Those who are highly sensitive to energy will already have been sensing the intensity in the atmosphere and will have noticed that although there have been high and low periods, the intensity has remained at a peak.
During super moon triads masses of luminous energy infiltrate Earth’s atmosphere—and absorbing it can be over-stimulating, which may make us feel emotional, drained, and fatigued. The universe is constantly communicating with us by offering synchronicities, signs, symbols, and offering subliminal messages, which we can decode to enhance our earthly experience.
When we receive this information our senses are alerted, and we notice them as goosebumps, déjà vu, chills, shivers, or through visions and dreams. We might also sense and feel energy such as orbs, sparks or flashes of light, noticing energy warming the palms of hands.
It is also common for people from our past reappear, so we have the chance to finally learn a valuable lesson, to make amends, or to forgive and release the past once and for all.
We are also now entering a solar storm, due to a coronal hole on the sun. Research has found that Geomagnetic Storms can cause us to experience Huge Energy Shifts, as our human Electromagnetic field absorbs incoming celestial elements – which can alter and transform us at Cellular Level.
During Solar Storms, masses of luminous energy infiltrate Earth’s atmosphere, and this can feel overstimulating; so we may notice our energy, as well as the energy of the people around us, feels super intense, as though everyone is more irritable, emotional, anxious, fatigued, spacey, or stressed out than normal.
Solar Storms are known to desynchronize our circadian rhythm (our internal biological clock that controls our sleep and wake times.) This is due to our Pineal Gland being affected by Electromagnetic Energy, producing an increase in Melatonin — thus disturbing our sleep and throwing our intuition and inherent orientation out of sync. Therefore, we may suffer from disrupted sleep patterns, exhaustion, and vivid dreams during a solar storm, and we also may have enhanced intuition and psychic awareness.
Our Pineal Gland, also known as our “third eye” senses Light and is associated with Enlightenment. It is believed to enhance Psychic Awareness, Activate Consciousness, and be the connection between the Physical and Spiritual world. When our third eye is fully open, we have the ability to see things not normally visible to the naked eye, such as past and future events, thought forms, energy, and spirits.

The reason for much of the above is that our personal vibration is on a frequency that is much lower than the vibration of the new energy incoming from the Sun / Universe.

Take saltwater baths.
Meditate and remain aware of recurring thoughts and feelings.

Remind yourself that everything in the universe is made up of energy and that conscious thought and intention can instantly alter how we think and feel.
Breathe deeply, forgive, release, and surrender.
Practice Kindness, Compassion, Acceptance, and Empathy.
Remain aware of recurring thoughts and feelings.
When possible, temporarily disconnect from technology, and anything that feels energetically toxic or draining.
