WHY DOES HIGH ENERGY CREATE ANXIETY?
Increased solar radiation, particularly from geomagetic storms can trigger anxiety in some individuals due to a combination of biological, psychological, and environmental factors.
Circadian Rhythms: The body's internal clock, or circadian rhythm, is influenced by light and radiation exposure. High solar radiation, especially during midday, can disrupt these rhythms, leading to sleep disturbances. Poor sleep quality is closely linked to increased anxiety levels.
Serotonin Levels: light codes can affect the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that regulates mood. While moderate solar radiation can boost serotonin and improve mood, excessive exposure may lead to overstimulation, which can result in feelings of anxiety or agitation seemingly coming out of nowhere. With many energetically perceiving waves arriving before science has measured it electromagnetically.
Melatonin Suppression: a closed third eye and addressed factors can also suppress the production of melatonin promoting less sleep. Reduced melatonin can lead to insomnia and contribute to more anxiety.
Psychological Factors and Sensory Overload: intense solar radiation can lead to sensory overload, especially in individuals who are sensitive to or have conditions like sensory processing disorders. This overload can make it difficult to concentrate and increase feelings of stress or anxiety caused by associative triggers left unresolved in this life time lying dormant in the physical, mental, emotional or light body inwhich your ascending DNA is trying to now release all at the same time.
Cognitive Factors: Perception of Danger: the super and subconscious are bringing forward unfinished mental, physical and emotional business for dismissal that the mind is either unable to accept or process causing anxiety in the abandon of high incoming incomprehensible light codes in the wake of multidimensional energy that is brand new to the searching and some times panicking subconscious and ego.
Physical discomfort and combined Ascension symptoms: general all round physical sensations being experienced with the uncertainty regards timing of experiences and their increased increments creating mental panic or uncertainty.
In summary, high solar radiation and a very accelorated Ascension period can trigger anxiety through a complex interplay of biological disruptions, psychological stressors, environmental conditions, and individual perceptions of risk and discomfort mostly from an egoic perception of fear and cognitive lag. Each person may experience these factors differently, leading to varying levels of anxiety in response to staggered but increasing upgrades. Your friends, family and coworkers telling you that your Ascension symptoms are make believe doesn't help you either!

A DAY OF TRUE ILLUMINATION
THE HOLY SPIRIT'S BLESSING
When we talk about syn-chronisation of the Yin and the Yang
we talk about the true awakening
via the restoration of the circuits and nodes
of the Divine Kundalini back to their organic state in relation to the higher energies of the planets.
This is not a matter of forgiveness,
it is a matter of true, honest and fair correction
via self examination of how one did in the fallen journey, including what took place before this.
There are a lot of lessons to be taken.
Those who say that there are no lessons,
are probably still in denial of where they are and how they ended up here.
Earth is a school for the Souls.
Only once the
lessons are taken,
then, One can be free to co-create with the living Energy as a conscious creator.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Little children often have a distorted view of the world and of themselves via a false sense of personal power
and easily take on the weight and responsibility that belongs to the parents and
sacrifice their own needs, abilities and well being in order to support and fulfil their dreams and needs.
This is an unnatural position that goes against the natural law which is devastating for the soul and it has a very expensive price to pay in the overall life of the child but also of its later on adult life.
The child does this because it needs to survive and also satisfy its emotional needs.
The child is in an unconscious reaction because it is in a survival mode.
But sacrifice is the highest form of initiation for a Soul and it is advised to only take place when an adult Soul is truly realised,
knows the self and is aware of the results of such choice.
If this is not the case, than it is only an act of desperation and last resort solution
that will bring difficult results which will take years if not lifetimes, to correct and heal.
If you wish to sacrifice yourself or save others,
it would be wise to first be in a living connection with your soul and spirit and desires,
get to know yourself,
live to the fullest, satisfy your needs and enjoy the earthly experience as much as you need it.
Please do not make up stories of higher good and spiritual greatness
just because your inner child is still trapped in a weak, fearful and unsatisfied position.
Work with your inner child in order to clear its misunderstandings and guide it towards a healthy direction out of codependency, illusion, victim hood and lack of self esteem and into self acceptance.
Everything is interconnected, everything!
And all aspects of the self are bound to repeat the same lessons in the quantum until one of the aspects gets it right and begins to reconnect to Source bringing truth and getting the lesson in for all the rest of the aspects.
There was no right or wrong but there were excuses
BUT now
there are no more excuses to keep on the self deception.
They never worked anyway.
ENERGY UPDATE:
Aspects of the Twin Flames became agents of the dark plans in the fallen reality
because of immaturity, weakness, unsatisfied ambitions and needs and lack of experience.
Many are still are in this state, chasing false loves and goals,
still in denial of the most obvious.
This is now ending as the syn-chronisation that is taking place brings everyone in front of their responsibilities in order to face the self on all levels.
It was all an inner job.
Correction is taking place for all and the smartest and easiest thing to do now is to surrender and love the process.
Mental analysis is not enough for one to heal and be realised and fooling the self is a detrimental strategy.
Healing takes the whole self to be included,
meaning even all of those parts that the mind rejected or covered out of fear, despair because of the lack of information, resources and choices.
As we move towards this upcoming Equinox
which is the first major point of equilibrium and syn-chronisation for the Twin Flames,
the revelations and realisations will be proportionally increasing like never before.
We have been transforming our own astrological charts
and we are still doing it step by step.
This is the work on the restoration of the Kundalini.
Please leave other people alone
(including your children)
do not use them as a projection of your dreams and fulfillment,
as a bunching bag or an excuse for the unresolved needs and purposes of your inner child.
Turn within,
face your true needs and dreams and do your inner work,
do your therapy in a responsible way.
Everything you are experiencing is created by you for you.
Decode it and you will have decoded your own self in the Light of Illumination!

The old way of tracking energy and knowing how things were going to show up has been thrown in the air, which is part of the disorientation and the confusion that everyone is feeling, as well as all of the changes in the grounded world.
But this is important to understand because sometimes your fear or anxiety can lead you to tell yourself a story about what's going to happen. And we know that when we get locked in anxiety or fear of the future, we come away from our true senses, our intuition. Fear will make us back away from our intuition and our senses. It sends us into a spin, which is why this past couple of years have been so tumultuous as well; the temptation into fear has been higher than ever before. So, we have to work doubly hard to, even if not in ourselves, be mindful of the fact that it's out there in other people. So really tune in on what you feel to be true, but equally, pay attention to what actually happens.

There's going to be a wave of you deepening your relationship to spirit guidance and intuition. I know I was like many people when I first really encountered intuition and guidance. When I was much younger, there was a period where I gave it more power than my own knowing. My truth around intuition, or anything to do with guidance, channeling, or any of it, is best applied as part of a well-rounded diet. It's one aspect of our human life. And for me, humanity has so much information and knowledge within it, but so does spirit, and so does guidance. So, if you can live in a balanced way, that's great. But it sounds like there's going to be a real wave of people having a maturation process around intuition and spirit guidance.

I think of a sobering truth as something that slightly hits you between the eyes, or there's usually an element of shock to it, or surprise; it's quite strong or impactful, but the kind of truth that brings about change. So, you learn something about somebody that's a little bit shocking at the time that you learn it, but it's going to lead you to a changed dynamic with that person that will ultimately be for the better; ultimately be healthier for both of you. The Planetary Body is being impacted to adjust to its expanding multidimensional levels. The Signs are visible and should be understood as a grounding situation. Having Higher Understanding provides the Inner Calm to trust without resistance in the Cosmic process in action. This is Divine Light establishing Evolution.

As you receive higher energetic frequencies to transform into a new frequency of Light, understand that the energy shifts resonate in your personal vibrational fields for emotional and mental cleansing and adjustment.
The process is not painless. At this time, many souls are discouraged.
It is a resonance of what we are seeing on the planet: indicating the collapse of systems to make room for the transformation of Consciousness. This is also reflected in the Climatic Conditions that have never been so intensely unstable. LIGHT CAPACITIES AND UPDATE:
The more we let go of all the human character’s programming (that keeps a person IN their programme), the more LIGHT we embody. The ‘programming’ is the engrained beliefs and behaviours that then create inner thoughts, outer words (words are actions) and physical actions. Programming that is developed and taught to us from 0-7 years of age. Embedded via ‘unexpected’ experiences from 8-13 years of age. Deeply activated from 14-21 years of age. The ego mind (in it’s many guises of self protection) enlarges in the teenage years, reiterating the engrained beliefs and behaviours as the ‘character’.
The Light was always there. IS always there. And the way is simple for everyone. The way is through choosing the heart FIRST. Being Love FIRST. Not as a mind thought concept, but by TRULY, actually BEING… The Love, as your inner State. All Love, by any degrees, is but God’s alone. That inner state of Love is then evident through your private INNER THOUGHTS, your outward WORDS expressed and all your ACTIONS. It fills your well being. Yet by continuously choosing to BE The Love, you re-embody, more and more of your higher frequency LIGHT.
Your Light Body is made of light plus plasma. Your soul is made of Light. Your consciousness is made of Light, that works with JUST Light AND vibrations (wavelengths).
SEPTEMBER:
September (equinox) is a time where we reap what we have sown in our own past solar yearly cycle. There will be expansions of consciousness quietly occurring that can be understood more easily after 22 September. Allow quiet time to feel, see, KNOW from WITHIN YOU, in the weeks after 22 September.
Yet also within the whole month of September, the outer world stage as well as at individual personal levels for many, will become more ‘heated’. Many will feel intensity in adverse ways, if still choosing to, think from, speak from, act from the ‘character’s shadow sides that have not been fully ACCEPTED and integrated as ONE. I’ve posted a link below to help anyone understand ‘The Shadow’ . The type of mental and emotional intensity for some is a result of the character STATE still being the DOMINANT STATE of being. Not able to mentally cope (by degrees of coping as each character is different) with the Light increases and increased Light SPIN within us and outside of us. And so the not ‘coping’ comes out as characteristic ‘traits’ still running within.
What would help? Stillness. Choosing Love. Choosing kindness to self and to all. To quietly allow and observe your OWN inner daily state. To surrender the ‘character’ to the expansion of re-embodying more consciousness. Through LOVE. And through LOVING, detached, non interference, allow all ‘others’ their own choices. For there is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ choice. There is just…choice.
Please take what resonates and ignore the rest. This may be my last support post for a few weeks…stepping away from social media…in order to quietly, be in stillness and devote fully, within.

Beloved Ones,
Many of you are now experiencing a profound shift in frequency. Ascension occurs when we embody higher levels of love, moving into a more illumined state of being, and as a consequence of the previous, we raise our Consciousness, stepping into a more evolved timeline, which is what many of us are already living.
This month offers us unique frequencies for us to co-create with and expand our hearts, the love that we are, and our personal mission, as especially with the Piscean eclipse, we are going to expand our sensory abilities, connecting with our God Source, and descending all the guidance required for us to continue expanding into our chosen role on earth.
During this transitional state of being, many will feel confused and unfamiliar with their surroundings, even with their loved ones and everything that once resonated with them. In these phases, it is when we most need to trust, surrender, and move into a higher understanding zone, one of compassionate and neutral witnessing of all we are feeling, realizing, and remembering. Moving into a space of acceptance is essential when we are constantly embracing change, as the more we shift and evolve, the less familiar we will feel with ourselves and others.
It is important to support the mental transformation that we are having by removing old beliefs and adjusting to the new Truths we are now descending from our God Self. With these Truths a new understanding and knowledge of who we are will come, and with it more responsibility, especially towards our mission to serve others in our unique way.
Emotional, and mental clearing during these times is too essential to clear old wounds, feelings, and everything that emerges from the depths of our soul in our healing/clearing work, being willing to take responsibility for all we have ever done, embracing pain and letting it go once integrated.
Many of you are telempathics, empaths with the extra ability not just to feel but to receive, help heal and filter, the direct transmissions you integrate from others, not only humans, but animals, and All Living Forms, and places.
For those of you who are telempathics, this is a time to protect your emotional bodies, for the transformational healing energies that accompany us during this month, especially the Pisces eclipse, will enhance your abilities to clearly feel what others are living, for as I just shared, the mission of telempathic souls is to receive, filter and transmute the transmissions they receive from others, bringing healing and clearing.
As I see in sessions, many of you have as a personal mission different contracts with many earth's locations, and as telempathics you will receive the call of these places and the souls who have perished in them, for you to help them in soul retrieval.
To achieve your mission, especially during this time of great planetary metamorphosis, first being replenished and protected at an emotional level is key to being able to fully discern your feelings from other feelings, what is yours to carry and heal, and what is only yours to filter and let go.
Taking care of your emotions and body is key to being able to fulfill your mission, as when the body is energetically collapsed the mission cannot be achieved, which is, as Guides always share, another form of protection for us and others, not to interfere when we are not yet ready to do so.
Being compassionate with where you are and your body is of utmost importance in our ascension journey. Taking care of your divine vehicles and your emotions is also another important part of our personal mission, and the most important one, for what we do for ourselves we do for All.
Therefore seed the love and healing required first in yourselves, so you can expand it to All.

In the absence of an adult position and space of responsible healing process, often in times of need
the universal law takes over
and then the ride is not necessarily smooth because the unawakened individual does not enjoy the right of co-creating with the Living Energy.
There is a calling for a spiritual heart healing and liberation from the monkey mind
so that the programming of fear and limiting perception can be seen for what it is,
nothing but a program and the truth can be recognised so that the personal power can be claimed back.
This is a period in which the false personality and its loops and distortions
are meant to be erased/burned away,
whether willingly or unwillingly but which way one will choose,
makes the whole difference in the experience!
The Twin Flame Phoenixes have opened the way for this liberation and they are showing fearlessness in deep faith and trust for what is true and natural.
They have reached the first syn-chronicity to each other which is a huge victory!
Syn means plus,
so the general message is talking about union and getting together!
A new Light will be seen/syn.

Tomorrow the 4th of September is a very important day of deep liberation in the quantum for the feminine and also a day in which great, lost and forgotten feminine elements will re-emerge from the depths of the cosmos!
These elements are connected to the Yin and Yang lost elements and memories of relating!
The world we are living in is not what we thought,
it is one full of mysteries and unknown worlds with forgotten history.
We are moving through the layers of the forgotten stories and reclaiming our powers, rights and freedoms!
We are the pirates, the exiles of the fallen program.
The program does not want free souls or free thinkers so it spits them out
and this is to our advantage!
The main feminine energies are meeting and re-emerging together from the depths of the cosmos,
clearing once and for all the energies of the past
but above all,
showing the way to the future and a new establishment.
One that will include the feminine Principle as a co-creator.

There is no other way to be the owner of your Twin Flame and its properties,

meaning you have to have gone beyond the fallen and programmed personality
and its pitfalls of trauma,
victim and victimizer/sadist and masochist,
and have to have moved into the Waters of the Free!

I get it - steady is not going to be an easy thing to attain, but the more you can just give yourself short, small moments of steadiness, steadiness is going to power you up. There's a lot of power in stillness right now, and a lot of power in you feeling steady. So, even if your life is chaos, see if you can give yourself five minutes a day, five times a day. Set an alarm on your phone or whatever you need to do to try and make sure that happens.
And the steadiness could just be stillness. You could just go out the back door of your house and look at the sky just for five minutes. And you might think, "God, my mind is racing. My mind is racing." Doesn't matter. Just give yourself that five minutes of looking at the sky, mindlessly. And if you practice that five times a day, you will start to stabilize a little more. You will be able to introduce steadiness to your life. Steadiness is where the power lies.

It is at Kaapsche Hoop, in Mapumalanga, here in South Africa, high on the Drakensberg escarpment. It is perfectly astromically aligned.
