Feeling a lot more pain (emotionally and physically).

What is pain: the label we use to describe what is not feel good - emotion, thought, behavior, belief. 

Physical pain is energy. The energy is designed to move. When we have an external experience like trauma, the energetic exchange between that exp and in ourselves move into our body as energy and it´s translated into emotion, thought, belief or behavior and it´s tipically doesn´t feel good. We don´t feel it because it´s doesn´t feel good so we stop the movement of this energy and it stored in the body. And so on with other traumas and this build up like a mud. 

This mud is like stuck on the wall of your body - cement, so this huge amount of light what´s coming into your body and this high frequency light is spinning very fast and as it move into your body and it start to pull that cement away from your walls of your body. It breaks it up and you start to feel it because it´s move again naturally. 

It´s nothing wrong with the pain you feeling. We attach to it and we judge ourself - something wrong with me, why I still feeling it etc. - NO, nothing wrong with you, it´s an evolution of human consciousness, it´s called ascending. 

The body has to rid of the intense traumatic exp what we had - large or small. It takes some time.

The best thing what we can do for ourselves - to remember what´s actually happening in the energetic level. More you feel - more faster release.

So pay attention the beliefs, the thoughts what you say about yourself. 

Start to ask yourself - What is my body needs?
