Nov 8th is the day we prepared for all year the purpose of this year was to bring us all to actual size so we could fit through the eye of the needle, while the process has been brutal for most it will have been worth it when u see what is to come, remember faith is key to the new sector and while it dawns on 8th it will not break away from old till 21st and we will not be fully stable in new sector till 28th you have worked so hard to get to this point take a deep breath and let go till you can see clearly things are headed in the perfect direction on all levels for those who are choosing to see its obvious what is going on <3 ::hugs::

Many of you are feeling the effects of the Integration window today as we begin to journey into a new sector remember to take today to really let go of old games, wounds, fixed ideas, and personality structures prepare yourself as best you can for what comes next and do so with out expectation you may find physical exercise today to be very assistive in the process as many peoples bodies are in overwhelm and if you find yourself spinning into depression do some form of pattern interrupt this can be as simple as pausing and choosing to take a breath to as complex as you want to make it remember most of all YOU ARE ENOUGH <3 ::hugs::
