My eyes were like that when I found out 😲.
They told me not to read and believe any mainstream spiritual nonsense.
It was more of a comfort to me that it's not some random "entity"👻 watching over me and listening to my brainstorming 24/7 -at least my stupidity stays in my own self family 😽
